About the course

When a deal closes, the value is still on paper. This course shows the project manager how to turn the investment thesis into results in the first 100 days. Structure the integration as a governed, multi-workstream program with a single plan of record. Build a Day 1 readiness plan that says exactly what must work the morning after close. Run a living 100-day plan and a synergy register that tie every task back to the deal thesis. Stand up an integration management office, set the governance and reporting cadence, and manage the stakeholders and communication that protect retention and momentum. The course is self-paced: four video modules, review questions, a full case study, and a final exam. It carries 4 PDUs in the Ways of Working area, which PMP holders self-report in PMI's CCRS.
