About the course

A PMO inside a PE-backed company turns the value creation plan into tracked, governed delivery. Learn to stand one up, choose the reporting cadence a sponsor expects, and keep initiatives tied to value. The course runs as guided self-study: narrated module videos, review questions after each module, a practitioner case study, and a final examination. 2.25 PMI PDUs (Ways of Working, Power Skills, Business Acumen), self-reported in PMI's CCRS as self-directed learning.  Written for project managers and finance professionals, and for PMP and other PMI credential holders seeking PDUs.  You will learn to run a portfolio-company PMO as the delivery engine of the value creation plan, give the sponsor and board the reporting they expect, build a reporting stack of KPIs and a value bridge, govern for pace with clear decision rights, and protect execution capacity while satisfying reporting.
