Commissioning and Operational Readiness for Energy Assets

Every development course ends at construction, and every operations conversation begins at a performing asset. The gap between them is commissioning and operational readiness, and it decides whether an asset hits its first-year numbers. This course covers the handover: testing, energization, O&M setup, and the performance guarantees that close the build. The course runs as guided self-study: narrated module videos, review questions after each module, a practitioner case study, and a final examination. 3.0 PMI PDUs (Ways of Working 2.0, Business Acumen 1.0), self-reported in CCRS. PDU-eligible professional education.
